Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By continuing to use or website you are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions and thereby have entered into a legal binding contract. Please leave this site if you do not wish to accept our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time, your continued use of our website will be considered an acceptance of any changes we make. 

Website Information

All ‘website information’ which we define as images, scripts, texts, graphics, website design, underlying source code, software and all other material operation in or forming part of this website is owned by Iuvo Automotive Group LTD, or its content and technology providers. Without affecting our own or any third party intellectual rights, you are not permitted to copy, alter or reproduce any of the content of this website without our prior consent.

Our website, as with any other, can be susceptible to cybersquatting and vandalism. Iuvo Automotive Group LTD do not accept responsibility, or liability, for any information that may appear on this site due to the result of any such actions.

 

Vehicle Information

All vehicle specifications displayed on our website are supplied by CAP, who work in collaboration with the vehicle manufacturers. This data is updated on a regular basis, and whilst we make every effort to ensure the information displayed is accurate, this information should only be used as a guide and no commitment to purchase, lease or hire a specific vehicle should be made without verification from the manufacturer or franchised dealership.

Iuvo Automotive Group LTD will not be held responsible for any loss or damage you may incur from reliance upon information displayed on our website.

Upon entering into a contract agreement, you are responsible for running and maintaining the vehicle in line with the manufacturer guidelines. This includes:

- Insuring the vehicle in line with UK law
- Servicing the vehicle in line with the manufacturer service schedules at an approved service centre.
- MOT
- Other items that constitute road legality e.g. maintaining the legal tread depth on tyres.

Pre-Registered Vehicles
Pre-registered vehicles are vehicles that are registered prior to be delivered to yourself. The manufacturers Warranty and Roadside Assistance starts from the date of registration. If your vehicle is pre-registered you will be entitled to the balance of this Warrant and Roadside Assistance. In the event that your warranty expires within your contract period, you will be liable for any cost of repairs or breakdown unless a maintenance package has been purchased, in which case these repair costs may be covered subject to the maintenance contract terms and conditions. An MOT will also be required at 3 years from the date of initial registration. This cost will need to be covered by yourself, or by your maintenance provider (Subject to their terms and conditions).

Throughout your contract term and extended term, the cost of the vehicle excise duty (VED), also known as road tax, will be included within the cost of your agreement. If the cost of the VED increases during your contract or extended contract, you will be liable to pay the increased amount.

All images on our website of for illustration purposes only. We reserve the right to make changes to our website information without notice, and without incurring liability to you.

Pricing
All prices quoted for personal leasing include VAT, and all pricing for business leasing exclude VAT.

Any changes to the VAT rate whilst between the placing of the order and delivery of the vehicle will result in an adjustment of the rental to take into account the new VAT rate.

Unless stated otherwise, all of our prices include:

- Delivery (driven - transported delivery is available at additional cost) by the supplying dealer to your chosen UK mainland destination. Delivery to Northern Ireland and to certain areas of Scotland may incur an additional charge that we will pass on to you.
- Vehicle number plates
- VED (Road fund licence) for the term of your lease
- Vehicle Registration Charge

Iuvo Automotive Group LTD reserve the right to change the price of the vehicle and subsequently your rental amount, either before or after an order is placed. We will advise you of any changes to your rental amount before processing any final finance documentation, and if unacceptable you will have the right to withdraw from the agreement without any ongoing commitments. 

Prices quoted may vary depending on the vehicle exterior colour. This could be a result of a difference in cost or residual value, or may depend on enhanced discounts for stock vehicles.

All prices on our website are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by Iuvo Automotive Group LTD which is capable of acceptance by you.

Prior to processing and completing your order, a processing fee will be required. This fee, is charged by Iuvo Automotive Group LTD and covers the cost of arranging the sale, and the cost for our service. The amount charged will be stated on your order form. By signing your order form you agree to pay this fee once your credit acceptance has been obtained. Prior to ordering your vehicle a deposit may also be required.

Once a credit acceptance has been secured, the processing fee will be invoiced to you, with payment required within 7 working days. We will not be able to continue with your order without full payment of our processing fee.

If you cancel your order after obtaining a finance acceptance, our processing fee along with any other monies paid will not be refunded, unless at the discretion of Iuvo Automotive Group LTD. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is considered separate to the 14 day cooling off period applied to your finance agreement.

‘Cashback’ relates to a cash payment paid by either Iuvo Automotive Group LTD, or an affiliated partner, within 14 working days after the finance agreement has been set live. This amount is intended to be used as a cash contribution towards your initial rental on the lease agreement.

Orders

Placing an order via Iuvo Automotive Group’s website (www.inovolease.co.uk), or by signing an order form is an expression by you to obtain the vehicle detailed at a price that is the same or similar to that advertised/quoted. An order does not create a contract between you and Iuvo Automotive Group LTD to purchase, hire or lease a vehicle. In order for there to be a contract between you and Iuvo Automotive Group LTD, we must locate and secure a vehicle that matches the specification you require, and at a price agreed between you and Iuvo Automotive Group LTD. You must enter into a finance agreement with a finance company. There is no contract to purchase, hire or lease a vehicle between you and Iuvo Automotive Group LTD until your finance agreement is signed and the contract put live/executed.

In the unlikely event that the vehicle you have ordered is not available, or the funder makes a change to the rental amount, Iuvo Automotive Group LTD will contact you by email or telephone to confirm with you whether you wish to proceed with your order or to provide you with possible alternatives. If the alternative is not acceptable by you, Iuvo Automotive Group LTD will cancel your order without penalty and refund any monies paid.

In order to obtain a credit decision we may introduce you to our carefully selected panel of finance providers who may then pay us for the introduction. We will not refer you outside of this panel, and we will notify you of who your details will be sent to you prior to doing so.

If you are applying on behalf of a limited company, you are confirming you have authority to authorise a credit search in the name of the Company and each Director. The lender reserves the right to decline the application. For regulated credit broking agreements that have been concluded without any face-to-face dealings (i.e. over the phone, internet etc.) you have the right to cancel the contract without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days in accordance with the Distance Marketing Directive.

The 14 calendar day cancellation period begins from the day your completed finance documentation is received and processed by the finance company. This legal right applies equally to all personal customers, sole traders and partnerships with up to four partners. For regulated credit broking agreements cancelled after 14 calendar days but prior to delivery of the vehicle, a cancellation fee of £150+VAT will apply. If you have already paid your processing fee, this amount will be used as part/full payment for your cancellation fee. 

You are unable to cancel your agreement if the vehicle has been delivered and the 14 day cancellation period has elapsed.

Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) and Partnerships with more than four partners do not have a cancellation period. If you wish to cancel your agreement after signing your finance documentation the cancellation fee will be applicable. If you have already paid your processing fee, this amount will be used as full/part payment for your cancellation fee.

Delivery/Registration

Once all relevant finance documentation has been completed, all deposits and outstanding balances have been paid, Iuvo Automotive Group LTD will arrange delivery of your vehicle to your chosen destination.

The finance company will allow up to 100 miles to arrange delivery of your vehicle. This will not count towards your pre-agreed contracted mileage. Additional mileage above this figure may be deducted from your contracted mileage subject to the finance provider we are using for your contract.

If you require Vehicle Transported Delivery (the vehicle is delivered on a trailer/transporter) this can be arranged at an additional cost.

All delivery times quoted by Iuvo Automotive group LTD, represents our “best estimate” based on information provided by the manufacturer and the franchised dealer/supplier. Quoted delivery times do not constitute an obligation to supply the vehicle in the time specified. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that delivery dates are as accurate as possible, delivery dates are subject to change by the manufacturer and on occasion delays do occur due to production issues. Iuvo Automotive Group LTD will keep you informed of any known changes to your vehicle’s delivery date to allow you to make any necessary arrangements as a consequence. Iuvo Automotive Group LTD has no control or influence over manufacturer delivery times, and will not accept any responsibility for any loss or inconvenience caused because of a delay from the manufacturer.

Please note that the statutory cooling off period observed by finance companies applies to all vehicles, and vehicles will not be delivered until the ’cooling off’ period has expired.

We will require ‘Proof of Insurance’ before delivery can take place. Please note that the hirer obtaining finance must be the main policy holder on the insurance certificate. Please make your insurance provider is aware that this is a lease vehicle and that the registered owner and keeper of the vehicle is the finance company. Excess Mileage

Your finance agreement may have an excess mileage charge. This is expressed as PPM (pence per mile), and is charged when your vehicle exceeds the agreed contract mileage over the total contract term. Some contracts will allow you to travel over your agreed mileage amount, only charging you the PPM amount stated on your order form, however other contracts will allow you to travel up to a pre-determined amount before a higher excess mileage charge is applied. These amounts will be detailed in your contract. Please note, our order form will only display the lower of these two amounts.

Statutory Rights

Nothing within our terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights.
