Who are we regulated by?

Inovo Lease is a trading style of Iuvo Automotive Group Ltd and the firm is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Iuvo Automotive Group Ltd acts a credit intermediary and authorised representative of Marshall Management Services Ltd. Marshall Management Services Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, under firm registration number 667174.

What service do we provide?

Non Advised - Our team of trained industry specialists will guide you through our process to help you make an informed decision. Our team will not of-fer any advice or recommend a particular product. We will instead provide you with all of the information needed in order for you to be able to make your own decision as to what vehicle/product best meets you needs and requirements.

What products do we offer?

As a credit broker, we have access to a number of carefully selected finance providers who offer a range of finance products. In order to supply your new vehicle we also work with many of the UK’s leading franchised dealer groups and manufacturers. Details of the finance company and supplying dealership will be provided to you before completing your order.

Processing Fee

We charge a processing fee of £165 +VAT for our brokering services.

This fee is payable to us directly and will be invoiced to you as soon as we have received your finance acceptance and have secured your vehicle with the supplying dealership. Payment will be required within 7 calender days from the invoice date. If for any reason we are unable to obtain a finance acceptance, or are unable to supply the requested vehicle, you will not be charged a processing fee.

Cancellation Rights

For regulated credit broking agreements that have been concluded without any face-to-face dealings (i.e. over the phone, internet etc.) you have the right to cancel the contract without penalty and without giving any reason within 14 calendar days in accordance with the Distance Marketing Directive.The 14 calendar day cancellation period begins from the day you “accept” our quotation, Terms & Conditions and IDD document. This legal right applies equally to all personal customers, sole traders and partnerships with up to four partners.

Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP) and partnerships with more than 4 partners do not have this 14 day cancellation period.

Cancellation Fee

We will charge a cancellation Fee of £165+VAT for services already provided up to the point of cancellation.

In the event you wish to cancel provision of our service, we will send you an invoice for the cancellation fee and payment will be required within 7 calender days from the invoice date.

Please note, if you have already paid our processing fee in full prior to cancelling your agreement, this amount will be used as settlement for your cancellation fee.

What to do if you have a complaint

If you wish to register a complaint you can do this by letter, email or phone. Our complaints process can be viewed on our website, or a written copy can be requested via email at

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Credit reference agencies

The finance company may obtain information about you from credit reference agencies and their group records to check your credit status and identity. The agencies will record the enquiries, and this may affect your ability to obtain credit elsewhere in the near future. The finance company may use credit scoring to assess your credit application. When you have provided your finance application it will be assessed using credit reference agency re-cords relating to anyone with whom you have a joint account or similar financial association. If this is a joint application and such a link does not al-ready exist, then one may be created during this application.

Fraud prevention agencies

In order to prevent and detect fraud, the information provided in this application will be shared with fraud prevention agencies. If false or inaccurate in-formation is provided and fraud is identified or suspected details will be recorded with these agencies to prevent fraud and money laundering.
